Sustainable Leisure Travel Workshop Date: Thursday, 25th September 2008 Description: This even is aimed at addressing the issue of how people can visit the countryside, coast and other forms of greenspace in a more sustainable way.
The event aims to:
- Brief delegates on the current policy context and evidence based on the topic of sustainable leisure travel
- Provide delegates with information on case study examples of good practice
- Give delegates the opportunity to debate and contribute ideas on finding solutions on a number of issues
- Identify opportunities and barriers to progress in the coming years
